Basic ways I use to burn calories and build mean lean muscle is Dance, Weights, Roadwork sessions and Martial Arts like Boxing & Kickboxing as well as Ju Jitsu & grappling. This was my lazy day where I did just 2 types of exercises but it does count towards a good week of consistent training. Even a little every day helps to get fit & healthy.
